How to Place Your Order

Please note that all orders should be paid prior to dispatch. Any orders not paid in full will receive a 5% credit charge
Orders can be placed via telephone, but should be confirmed by email
They can also be placed email - please ensure a telephone number is included in case more details are required
When placing an order, please ensure that you have included the following
Event Date and Date Order is Required for
Full Delivery Address including Name, Postcode and Telephone Number
Email address
Full Invoice Address (If different from the Delivery Address)
The Club or Organisation name that is required on the rosettes
Is a motif required? Choose from our wide selection or alternatively your own logo can be used for a small charge
Which type of backing is required? Bridle Clip, Safety Pin or Tape
Pleat Type, Tier Size and Colours of the order
Tail printing if required
